Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your enrollment prior to the first class. After classes have commenced, refunds are typically not granted, except in cases where our direct negligence is established. In these specific situations, a processing fee may be deducted from any approved partial refund. Should you need to cancel or reschedule due to personal circumstances after the start date, we may offer a transfer of the remaining credit to the next month, contingent on the processing fee being less than the remaining balance.
